Rising Sun Villa

Rising Sun Villa has been furnished with the discerning holiday maker in mind and the list of luxury items rivals that of any five star hotel. From fluffy bathrobes and a mountain of towels to your own private poolside cabana and an upgraded spa surrounded by an extended southwest facing deck with no rear neigbours and tropical planting surrounding the pool enclosure your enjoyment is endless. Plenty of padded furniture to relax on day and night as the ornamental outdoor lighting provides a unique ambience along with coloured LED pool and spa lighting and not forgetting fun in the fully air conditioned high tech gameroom.


With views out to the pool and patio area the Family Lounge provides a retreat from the Florida sunshine whilst still being able to admire the views from the air conditioned interior. A huge corner sofa and snuggle chair form a comfortable setting for watching a movie or a PREMIERSHIP football match!

A ceiling fan provides added breeze in the summer months whilst the 50” TV provides entertainment during the evenings. Cable television is provided together with a suitable selection of dvd’s and videos for family film night. We also have a sports t.v. package including Premiership football which you can record and watch upon your return from the parks complemented with a cold beer or two! The bright living area leads onto the kitchen and dining room which also have patio doors leading out onto the pool and patio area.



The fully fitted Kitchen comes equipped to a high standard with every convenience to make your stay as carefree as possible with handy labour saving devices including dishwasher, fridge freezer and easy to operate counter top oven plus the huge american stove and microwave. A table and 6 chairs for formal dining. Other features include an electric kettle, teapot, sink and waste disposal unit plus plenty of crockery and serving utensils including plastic tableware for outdoor use.

There is a telephone from which all local and international landline calls are FREE! The kitchen closet is the location of many items which you may find useful during your stay including strollers and stairgates, a highchair and travel crib plus a chunky roll along cooler ideal for taking your picnics to the water parks. Off the garage there is a utility closet complete with a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, clothes airer, iron and ironing board and a linen basket. Each bedroom also has it’s own mini washing basket.


A quiet relaxing retreat located off the kitchen with views of the porch ideal. This room has a 2 seater loveseat and a 3 seater sofa which converts into an additional double bed. Side tables, lamps and a coffee table. You will also find a cabinet housing a selection of boardgames plus a bookshelf with a selection of books and dvds & cd’s.



The Outside Setting is the place to be when on holiday in the sunshine state. Your comfort is paramount to the enjoyment of the outdoors and to aid your enjoyment the extended deck area is furnished with ample luxury furniture. Pineapple lanterns adorn each of the three lanai pillars and the 20ft lanai has a ceiling light and fan plus further wall lighting.

The private poolside cabana is home to a luxury padded patio coversation set and full canvas curtains aid privacy and shade. The Lanai and Deck areas offer plenty space and seating for alfresco dining and lots of loungers for soaking up the sun! The pool area is southwest facing giving you plenty of sunshine all day long. Whilst a thermal pool blanket is provided to help retain the pool heat during the winter months.

The pool deck and lanai can be accessed off the family room and kitchen area via patio doors. All the pool doors connected to the villa are alarmed for safety. The large pool and extended deck gives you plenty of room for swimming or simply to have some fun and games with the family. Whilst the bubbly hot spa is the place to while away the evening with a cool cocktail whilst admiring the coloured LED light show provided by the pool and spa lighting.



The air conditioned ESPN Games Room is great fun for the whole family. It features a large slate bed Pool Table with a Table Tennis Top, an Electriconic Dart Board, Table Icehockey, Airhockey Table and a gaming corner complete with lcd cable tv, x-box and a set of gaming chairs. There’s bar stools and a poker set plus a small table and chairs for our younger guests with a little table top treat machine. A selection of boardgames and books are also available for family enjoyment.

The nook area is also home to a high spec computer enabled with internet access and also a modem for wifi users. A printer is also provided so you should be able to check in online or download local information at the touch of a button. With views from the ‘computer corner’ over the lush tropical pool area keeping in touch with business matters should even be pleasant. A stereo is provided for music whilst you work. The closet is home the an array of baby and toddler equipment provided for the free use of our guests.



The villa contains 5 large bedrooms with a layout that gives the flexibility and privacy for combined families / larger parties to holiday together or those just requiring lots of space.
All the bedding is provided and the beds are made up with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you require it including spare plain bedding for the twin rooms should the theming not appeal to some members of your party.
The First Master Suite is located upstairs at the rear of the villa. It has a king sized bed, cable TV and DVD player, radio alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the master balcony overlooking the pool area. Two bedside units, a dresser and an amoire provide storage whilst the walk in wardrobe provides lots of further space and an ample clothes hangers is provided.

The luxurious En-Suite Bathroom comes complete with partitioned WC, garden style bath tub, a huge walk-in Shower, twin vanity units with spot dressing room lights and a large mirror. Ample storage space and a hair dryer, curling irons, hair straighteners are all provided for guest’s use. A linen closet is found within the ensuite and filled with towels and spare bedding. A weighing scales has been provided suggested use of this item is just for checking the weight of your cases on return from some serious shopping!



The Second Master Suite is located downstairs. It has cable TV and a ceiling fan. Ample storage space is provided with a dresser and large built-in closet. There is also a further linen closet in the room which contains spare bedding and towels. There is an ensuite with a lavatory and walk in shower. A further supply of hair styling appliances can be found in the bathroom cupboard.


The Double Bedroom is tucked away quietly upstairs and features ample storage including side cabinets, a dresser and a built in closet. A ceiling fan and large cable tv are provided and the bedroom benefits from the facilities of the main bathroom located next door to the bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a lavatory and a vanity wash basin. A hairdryer and various other hair styling appliances can be found in the bathroom cupboard. A third linen closet is located opposite the bathroom and is filled to the brim with a selection of bath and pool towels.


The Pirates of the Caribbean Twin Bedroom comes complete with themed bedding, ceiling fan, table & chairs. You will also find a selection of books & games, cable tv & dvd. Plus PS2 with 2 game rocker chairs.
